HPP-P series full-automatic powder compacting press
【 Application 】
HPP-P series of presses are suitable for powder metallurgy,fine ceramics,magneticmaterials and relevant industry what need powder to suppressit,the powder products of the especially complicated form are done and keep compacting automatically.
【 Characteristics 】
(1) The presses adopt upper drive type,and has little wastage in transmission,it need small groung for instal lation,and maintenance.
(2) The upper punch has oil pressure chamber,if the press wans locked and stoped by the excessive pressure,it only need to drain the oil in the chamber, turn the power on to eliminate the trouble,then fill in the oil to resume to normal.
(3) The upper punch has air pressure cudhion reset device. When finished pressing, the upper punch would still sup press the product and eject from the die set surface,it could avoid distortion and crack of the product effec tively.
(4) The die set could dispose two upper punches,three lower punches,it could meet the requirement of complicated form product effectively.
(5) The die set could be used for the product with inner steps and outer steps,it has equipped disparity adjust ment device,floating core roddevice,so it is easy to mould a thin product with disparity.
(6) The press has a die set block device. It can be used for both die setand core rod with steps, so it will save the die cost a lot.
(7) Filling, pressing,and the position of top pressing area can be shownand adjusted by an arithmometer,it is easy to control moulding conditions.
(8) There is the underfill(overfill)feeding function on the regular strok, can prevent the powder from spraying and guaranteeing to feed steadily for special product. The quality of the product can be guaranteed.
(9) There are inspecting devices for security raster, hopper,upper stroke,lower stroke,air pressure,lower one punch,lower two punch,it can guarantee the safety and avoid accident for presses,die set,products and opera tors.
(10) It has a automatic centralized lubricative oil pump to lubricate the press timingly. It also has inspecting and protecting function to insure the lubricative system run in serious conditions.
(11) The PCL system can save and load programs and press ing adjust ment dates for about 65 products.It conve nienced the moulding and improved the effciency.
(12) These series of presses adpot the intellectual man- machine interface system , humanized design,So it is easy and intuitionistic to setup, adjust and operate.
